The first day of the Greene program was a success. I survived the awkward silence, the code for the restroom, the ice-breaker Apples to Apples game, and the conditions of the residence hall. The one thing that stood in my way, was literally, my bed. As the short, five foot person that I am, I struggled getting into my bed. Due to this vertical complex, I thought the logical solution would be to take a running start. Let’s just say, mission accomplished.
Overall, the first day brought new experiences and a taste of college life. From the introductions of new people to the late night rush for food on a weekend, these complications started to bond 2012′s Greene Team.
